SIZING IS WRONG!! Actual dimensions much smaller.
I purchased these boxes to store odds n ends paper/brochures/tickets etc from my travels. The whole reason I bought these specifically was the dimensions—I wanted something that wasn't too large but that would fit standard 8.5x11 pieces of paper. The boxes arrive and no part of it measures the dimensions given. The outside top of the box is close to 8.5x11", but it fits VERY loosely over the much smaller bottom of the box. I should have read the other reviews more closely. The boxes were only available online, so now I'm out the shipping & handling fee, which was as much as a box itself. I'll be returning all boxes. I expected more from Michaels. BEYOND disappointed with this purchase. Never buying from them online again.

Clean design made out of very lightweight wood
Simple craft box in 1/4-inch thick, pale blond wood. Internal dimensions of mine are about 10-5/8" (length) * 7-3/16" (wide) * 3-3/4" (deep). I'd check it carefully before taking it out of the store. I didn't and had to return it because the inside was split. The store was perfectly nice about replacing it with an undamaged item.

Perfect Size
This product is perfect! its a photo box, but i actually purchased it as the box for my bridesmaids proposals! super cute, lightweight and the perfect size to hold a mug a few loose items and 4" x 6" picture frame
