Step 1

Choose the ribbon pattern that would look best for your space.

Step 2

Make a simple looped bow and wire to the top of your wreath.
TIP: To make a multi-loop bow, you’ll work with the ribbon while it’s still on its spool. Start with a long tail and pinch where you want the middle of your bow. Make your first loop on one side of where are pinching proportional to your wreath. Now, make a second loop that’s the same size on the other side of the pinched area. (If the ribbon pattern is printed only on one side, pinch and twist at the middle.) Repeat this pattern, working back and forth, until you have two (or three) loops on each side of the piched area. Use floral wire to secure the middle together and leave a long enough wire tail to be able to attach the bow to your wreath. Leave a second long tail and cut the ribbon from the spool at an angle with a sharp scissor to prevent fraying. Cut a matching length and angle on your starting tail. Fluff and adjust loops and tails as needed. Click here for a video tutorial.

Wire some picks to the top of the wreath form and trim the ends as needed.
