“you belong here” classroom poster

Create a bright and fun poster for your classroom with a positive and uplifting message. The rainbow borders and the foam doll shapes are perfect icons for messages of inclusion.

Print Project

Step 1

First, click here to download and print the template. Cut out the pattern pieces for clothing and hair for the foam dolls.

Step 2

Trace the patterns onto felt and cut out. Adhere the felt clothing, shoes, hair, etc. to the various foam dolls. Add additional details to the dolls as desired. Draw simple faces on the dolls using a black marker.

Step 3

Measure and cut the borders to fit across the top and bottom of the poster board. Adhere onto the poster using a glue stick.

Step 4

Position the foam dolls along the bottom of the poster and adhere into place.

Step 5

Spell out the message using the adhesive letters. When you are happy with the positioning, use the glue stick to secure them in place.
