Step 2 |
Trace the shape onto a piece of chipboard and cut it out. Fold the side where the dotted line is indicated on the template. |
Step 3 |
ADULT: Run a line of hot glue down the side where the dotted line is indicated on the template, then roll the chipboard into a cone. Hold the shape until the hot glue sets. Now, run a line of hot glue over the flap and fold it over. Carefully hold it in place for a few minutes while the glue sets. |
Step 4 |
Brush a little craft glue at the top of the cone. Place the yarn end into the wet glue and let it set for a few minutes. Now, wrap your cone with yarn. |
Step 5 |
Glue basic craft items to your tree, such as coordinating yarn, bells, sequin and sparkle pipe cleaners, to embellish. Let dry. |
