A bit of a struggle for kids around 10ish.
They screw together the opposite of what one would normally do. The kids (10ish) struggled with the amount of water was being released.

Waste of money.
Does not work like I thought they would. They stay to wet. The water almost runs out of them. And the brushes are kind of strange. They are man made fibers and do not paint all the great.

Water and brushes all in one. Works fine for my purpose, and would be great for kids. I am not a good artist though, so, if you are, you might want to get the really good brushes.

Good brushes… but
I bought these to use with alcohol inks and they work great. I am able to move and spread the inks without dipping my brush all the time into the alcohol. I do wish there was a flat brush in the set. One little frustrating mystery about them though. They do not follow the old rule: “Righty Tighty - Lefty Loosey” …. I was so frustrated just trying to get them open until I discovered they untwist in the opposite direction!! They open Righty Loosey! I marked the direction with a sharpie pen to remember until I get used to that. Just a minor problem, kinda funny now.
