Attention Teachers! Make this versatile poster for your classroom to organise your helpers for the week or change it up to accommodate your needs! This project is intended for an adult teacher to make for his/her classroom. There are tools needed to make the project that should be kept out of the reach of children.

Print Project

Step 1

Position the foam board vertical (or portrait), measure and divide the foam board into six equal horizontal sections.

Step 2

Cut a piece of yellow poster board the width of the board to fit in the first section.

Step 3

Now, measure 5" [12.7 cm] from the left in the remaining five sections.
TIP: This will be the section where you will place the first letter of each day of the week.

Step 4

Use a black marker to draw a line dividing each section.

Step 5

Measure and cut five equal pieces of construction paper to fit the five equal sections and adhere into place.

Step 6

Use the letters to spell "Helpers" across the top, then position the letters of the week down the left side. Use a glue to stick to keep the letters in place.

Step 7

Hot glue mini clothespins in each section, then clip a star with a student's name written on it in each clothespin.
