summer floral hanging hoop wreath
Step 1 |
Cut the blooms off the floral bushes with a wire cutter leaving a short stem. Set the cluster of blooms aside for easy access when you begin to wire. |
Step 2 |
Lay the wire wreath form flat on a table and begin to plan where you would like the blooms and floral picks to be. Arrange them and take a photo to see if you like the design. If not, re-arrange until you are happy. Use this photo as a reference when you begin to wire the pieces to the hoop. |
Step 3 |
Cut pieces of wire that are about 4" [10.16cm] to use to attach the blooms and picks to the hoop. |
Step 4 |
Begin to wire the blooms to the wreath starting at the point with the most blooms and working towards the ends. The densest area of blooms will have several layers wired. |
Step 5 |
Finish the wreath by adding a touch of a soft ribbon. |
