Sparkly translucent vinyl
The oracle version of permanent vinyl was really pretty all rolled up and looked like it would show up on whatever item you put it on. However, it is almost clear and will blend into whatever item you put it on. I used it on a dark pink tumbler, where it was very subtle and not readily noticeable and a yearbook on a black page hoping it would be easily noticeable it was not.
The vinyl itself appears to be good quality. It lifted easily when I needed to transfer it to the item it was going on. It is sparkly, but almost translucent so be mindful of that regardless of the background light or dark.
Not a terrible buy and the price point wasn’t not terrible either-less than $10.

Nice but a bit expensive.
This appears to have a nice consistant application of glitter onto transparant vinyl. I give it 4 stars only because it is expensive for a small quantity, but it is nice.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
Please LISTEN to other reviews that say this is complete garbage. The vinyl will not even stick to the backing paper, so it is impossible to weed. It doesn't stick to the backing paper and doesn't stick to the bottle/mug or whatever else you want it to adhere to. Yes, I followed all directions properly, cleaned the bottle with alcohol, used the proper tools. Horrible. Returning for refund, I hope.
