Pumpkin Spice flavors without the grittiness
Great flavoring for use in frostings and soft creamy desserts where traditional dry spices may give you the gritty mouth feel. Mind you it's pumpkin spice, not pumpkin and although the bottle and manufacturer suggests using less, I find that swapping it out for the same amount of vanilla (or other extract your recipe calls for) works just fine. Not too overpowering but experiment as everyone's tastes are different. If you are new to Lorann, start with their suggestion and taste as you can always add more.
