Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ch 5.
Row 1 Work 3 dc in the first ch. Ch 2 then work 3 more dc in same ch. Work a tr into that same first ch.
Row 2 Ch 5 and turn. In the first sp, work 3 dc. Ch 1, then work 3 dc in the next open sp. Ch 2. Work 3 dc in the sp, ch 1. Word 3 dc in last sp, then a tr in the last sp.
Row 3-17 Ch 5 and turn. Work 3 dc in the first sp then ch 1. Work 3 dc in each open sp, then ch 1 until you get to the point. Work 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in sp at the point then work 3 dc, ch 1 down the other side. End with a 3 dc and a tr in the last sp.
TIP: For a larger shawl, continue adding rows as you did in Rows 3-17.

Finishing
Ch 5 and slst to join, matching opposite corner.
Sew, or weave, in all ends.
