Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS:

Ch 13.
Row 1 In third ch from hook, hdc. Hdc in each st across. Ch 2 and turn.
Row 2 In second st, hdc. Hdc across. Ch 2 and turn.
Row 3-45 Repeat Row 2.
Fasten off.
Sl st the ends together to form a circle.
Wrap an elastic hair tie around the middle and fold your work in half.
Sc the edges together around. Hide any tails as your work.
Fasten off and tuck in any excess yarn.
Use your hands to separate, scrunch and fluff your scrunchies.
