The dark purple color worries me at first because I was using lighter colored papers to glue down but it never showed through. I also got close to the edges to keep it flush and the excess glue wiped off easy and left not marks behind that it was there

Barely Worked for Bristol Paper
Context: I was using this on Bristol and sticking it in a black poster board.
The glue was barely sticking onto the material. Possibly due to its texture?

Love this glue, same quality and performance as when we used them as kids.... I do wish it dried a wee bit slower when trying to perfectly align something but that's not much of an issue. Easy to clean up... If you go outside the necessary area, just quick rub your finger over the excess and it comes off perfectly.

Great product for kids
Bought these glue sticks for my grandchildren's Christmas stockings. They are great for the artistic little ones. Only issue I had was the 3 different prices that were associated with the glue sticks. One price on the display, a different price on the price check scanner & a different price when I scanned another identical glue stick. Thank goodness the cashier believed me, she charged me the lower price that was on the display.

School glue stick with disappearing purple
Good for children’s projects.. i guess. Not so much for mixed media artists.. glue doesn’t stick well unless you lather it on. Doesn’t even tack down well without 5 or 6 swipes. Will not purchase again.
