I purchased this machine 18 months ago and used it infrequently (<10 times) - usually at holiday periods when there was a need for a larger print on a tee, for example. The workhorse is our smaller EasyPress 2. So two weeks ago, the machine powered up, came up to temperature, then displayed an "E03" error. And that was the end of the machine's usability! A chat with Cricut led to dismissal of the issue as the warranty had expired. Email to Cricut, though acknowledged as received, got no replies. And today, a call was sympathetically listened too, a supervisor, Victoria, listened but said that an exception to the warranty expiry would not be offered and that, unfortunately, extended warranty options were only introduced after my purchase. IT LASTED LESS THAN 10 USES ! ! !
