Great yarn, disappointed in the company
I absolutely adore this yarn, it’s so soft and perfect for the sweater I’m making myself. Unfortunately, I underestimated how much yarn I would need, but the colour never was in stock. Now I check back and the colour is removed all together. I’m very disappointed that these options were removed, especially since I was in the middle of a project.

two balls knitted as one (+ colour diff)
I was already pretty upset about how dark the aqua yarn looked in real life (and the poor customer service in the Heartland location -- if I wanted to pick my order up and return for another colour (since the colour was SO different), I would have to line up twice ... which each time takes around 15 minutes ...)
But okay, I take it as my mistake for trusting the online pictures and just head home to knit. Just to find out that they joined two separate balls of yarn together (judging by the fact that one was 5/6 of the ball and the other 1/6, I suspect that it broke in the middle and they just reattached it, hoping no one would notice) to make the one ball that I bought - using a fisherman's knot. That's some lame quality control there, if you ask me

Huge Disappointment
Bought Sorbet for the beautiful color, Blossom. Yarn plies varied from pouf to skinny, no hiding it when worked up. A "delicate" 2 min wash/rinse cycle and subsequent tumble drying turned the blanket a mass of what looked like dense cobwebs all over it. Been knitting forever and this yarn Never should have been sold as regular stock. (Hope it made some dog as the rescue center very happy.)

Great blanket yarn
I have loved using this yarn on my first blanket. Very nice to work with. Beautiful soft pink. I’ve only had one skein with a knot mid way. They rest have been continuous.

Sorbet yarn
I am making an Afghan for my daughter, unfortunately I didn't order enough of the blossom, and now it it out of stock for awhile now. Not sold in stores. I'm very frustrated.

Great yarn!!
I made a hat with this l yarn and it came out beautifully! I used the lovely light blue color and it is so pretty, soft and warm. For an acrylic yarn, it is very soft and very easy to work with. Good stitch definition. Will definately buy again! ❤

Great yarn but unfortunately the Silver has been out of stock for a while and none of the local stores carry it. Very frustrating as unable to finish a afghan i've been working on.

Not as expected
I ordered the pink harn amd made an afghan and it was perfect. I prdered the color dream yarn and it was the worse harn i ever worked with. The yarn was tied together at least 3-4 times per skein. One slein had ties ebery 6 ft. Totally unacceptable. I had to throw it all out.
