bright perler® and rainbow loom® bracelet

Use assorted Perler® beads to make a bright and fun Rainbow Loom® bracelet.
Step 1

First, prepare 50-60 Perler® beads. To do this, simply pinch a rubber band and slide it through a Perler® bead. Arrange the bead so it is centred on the rubber band with a rubber band loop on either side.

Step 2

Take a border rubber band (without a Perler® bead), twist it into a figure 8 and stretch it across two parallel pegs on your loom. Push it down the pegs.

Step 3

Add another border rubber band onto the same two pegs, straight (not twisted) and slide it down the pegs so it sits on top of the band added in Step 2.

Step 4

Now, take a rubber band with a Perler® bead in its centre and slide it onto the two pegs. The bead should be in the centre of the two pegs.

Step 5

Take your hook and grasp the bottom band on the left peg, from the outside, and move it over peg to the centre.
TIP: It should be set to the left of the Perler® bead that is in the centre of the two pegs.

Step 6

Repeat Step 5 with the bottom rubber band on the right peg. Push the rubber bands down the pegs.

Step 7

Add another beaded rubber band.

Step 8

Repeat Steps 5-6.

Step 9

Continue repeating Steps 5-6 until you reach the desired length for your bracelet.

Step 10

Slide your hook inside the right, then the left pegs and move your bracelet from the loop to your hook.

Step 11

Slightly pull the bands on the hook out a little and add a c-clip to loops on your hook. Remove the hook.

Step 12

Bring the clipped around to the opposite end and ad the first rubber band to the c-clip to close your bracelet.
