beaded keychain
This project is intended for kids ages 4+.
Step 1 |
Measure and cut about 36" [91.4 cm] from cording included in your bead box. |
Step 2 |
Attach the cord to your keyring with a lark's head knot. |
Step 3 |
Slide a decorative bead onto the cords. |
Step 4 |
Make three (or four) knots in the cords below the decorative bead; then add another bead. |
Step 5 |
Tie a knot below the last bead. |
Step 6 |
Thread beads onto one end of the excess cording. |
Step 7 |
Bring the beaded end up to the last knot made and tie a knot to create a beaded circle. Trim the excess cord. |
