The Will to Frame
This frame is elegant, refined, & evokes just the right feeling when you gaze at it. When I walked into Michael’s, I was expecting to find standard, yet somewhat boring frames. However, to my delightful surprise, I came upon the last remaining piece of this immaculate frame. I was quite particular in my search, because the painting that I was framing held a deeply emotional meaning behind it, and I wanted to frame to both stand out, and yet not take away from the actual painting itself. This frame embodied that beautifully.
The actual frame itself is sturdy, well-made, and the color is a gorgeous chocolate and chestnut brown that really pops. The gold detail is also quite a thing of beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone in a conundrum about a frame.

Striking frame
The frame is beautiful, made of pretty wood highlighted by subtle gold. Its a striking addition to the art piece put inside of it.

Modern frame with a vintage flare
I bought this frame to hold an antique map. The dark wood and gold trim works well for it, but I also like that it’s a simple modern design and not a intricate and gaudy frame which wouldn’t match the rest of the house. The only problem I had with this frame was the store’s fault in how they stored them on the shelves. The frame was jammed into the shelf to fit, so every single one had deep scratches on the edges. I found one that only had a scratch on the top that would be out of view when hung, so I bought that one. Still disappointing that there were no undamaged ones.
