Cannot believe it was shipped!
I ordered this as a gift, and received a tin with a torn cellophane wrapper, almost bent in half from damage, and the pencils were broken. It looked like somebody drove over it. It was NOT the fault of the shipper. The exterior box was in perfect condition. That somebody thought it was acceptable to ship a useless item is truly unbelievable! Needless to say, it was returned. And I was stuck with the shipping cost. I love Faber-Castell pencils, but will never order online from Michaels again.

Best pencils out there!
These pencils are the gold standard for coloring. The tips hold up very well and are not prone to chipping or breaking. The colors are smooth, versatile and blendable. They also sharpen very well without chipping of the wood core. Colors are very solid and vivid.
