Needed an 81/2 by 11 inch frame
Didn’t have to get a custom frame for a document that was 8.5 x11 inches. It was beautiful and on sale. Absolutely perfect. The best part was that the custom frame maker directed me to it. Now that is great customer service!

Poor Advertising. CANNOT USE TWO (2) mats.
I carefully measured and ordered 2 mats to highlight my picture. I even ordered a backing mat with my 2 mats. At first, when I could not make the metal locking devices (tabs) fit back into the frame, I tried taking out the backing. That did not work either. The only way I could make it work was to use just the mat that was supposed to be the accent. It was only supposed to show about 1/4-inch. Now it is the only mat I can use and still cover the picture, and I am left with 2 mats and 2 backing boards that I have no use for and my picture does not look professional. I am very, very disappointed. There was no mention in the description that the frame would only accommodate 1 mat.

Beautiful frame but bad design
The frame Is gorgeous however the hoops on the back are not put together well as I was trying to hang the frame the hook pulled out of the card board back and I ended up having to super glue it back on. They didn’t have anymore frames in stock.
