Consistently damaged - they need better packaging
These frames are consistently damaged. The stores put damaged (often severely) frames on the sales floor, presumably hoping someone will buy them and if they complain, they knock a little money off the price. As a photographer who sometimes sells my photos framed, I can't sell it if it's damaged. Even when purchasing online, I was told they pull the frames from the stores vs. a warehouse, so chances of receiving a good one are not great. The frames are nice IF you can get one that's in good shape.
