In Store Price Guarantee

If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any brick-and-mortar retailer in Canada, or any of the online retailers listed below, we will match that price. (Bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. If you find a current lower price at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your purchase, we will adjust the price. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. Items must be priced in Canadian dollars, and all applicable taxes and fees must be included in the competitor’s price, for example, the New Brunswick EHF.) The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number.

Online Price Guarantee

If you buy a qualifying item on michaels.ca, then find the identical item for less at an eligible online retailer or in a Michaels printed ad, digital ad or michaels.ca, we will match that price.

Details:

• If you find a current lower price within 7 days of your michaels.ca purchase, please contact our michaels.ca Customer Service at 1-800-642-4235 and we will adjust your payment to the lower price. Stores are unable to adjust the price for a michaels.ca order.

Guidelines:

• The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number.

• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and availability of the item.
