Poor quality
Bought two of these in March, used only for cold drinks and never put in the dishwasher. One cracked across the bottom in April after filling with ice and water. The other cracked across the bottom in June while just...sitting on a table.

Lost ability to change color
I bought two when they first came out, a pink and a blue, and they worked perfectly. At some point over the past few months I’ve noticed that they no longer change colors. I washed them once in the dishwasher (in the beginning, which didn’t effect their color changing) and have been hand washing them since. Never had any issues with cracking, they are perfectly functional, but no longer change colors when you put in ice water.

Cheap, breakable crap
I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered 20 of these for my small business.
I made myself the first cup; it didn’t change color. Then, it split across the bottom. I had only hand washed and used cold drinks. Unfortunately, the other 3 I made ended up doing the same thing! Full, huge, cracks across the bottoms. I had to refund the orders and I can’t use the rest, and customer service was unhelpful. VERY disappointed.

Ruined after one wash
It says it’s top rack dishwasher safe. I followed the washing instructions but it lost it’s ability to change color after it came out of the dishwasher. Very cheap.
