Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s just OK I loved the idea of this yarn, it’s a roving style yarn, you can’t use it for any high use items. I make hats with it - the stripes and colors are completely unpredictable, there’s some quality issues, I’ve had knots in some really inconvenient spots. This pills terribly, a hat used a handful of times and it’s fuzzy and pilled. It looks awful now. A really shame because it knit nicely and I bought many MANY skeins to make gifts, but after a handful of uses by my littles, I’ll use them for wall weaving instead.

However....really...the yarn ball (ordered 12) had what looked liked leaves all through the yarn. The balls were all stuffed in a big bag for shipping. Not only that but it looks like I got a used ball..no wrapper around the ball..shaped liked it was pulled apart for use, then rewound again, plus it looked dirty. Disappointed with my first order from Michaels.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! This yarn exceeded my expectations. It's really soft and not at all itchy as many wool blend yarns tend to be. It might end up pilling easily, but that is to be expected from a roving yarn. I was able to make an adult size hat with one ball on size 12mm knitting needles.
