Yarn that is a joy to work with
I got two rolls of this yarn from a Revelry swap, both different colorways. Since I don't wear scarves or shawls I decided to roll the different colors into separate ball's and I'm making a giant granny square using a size G crochet hook, my first crochet project and man is it gorgeous! I was afraid that the metallic threads would break, they don't. The yarn is a joy to work with, I've been knitting since the stone age so I do know my yarn, I'd recommend it for the drape, the beautiful colors and the overall quality feel of the yarn.

Red Heart Roll With It Sparkle Yarn is a truly beautiful yarn and easy to work with. I love it. I am hoping that one day there will be solid color versions of this yarn. It is great for making shawls, scarves, and just about anything. I hope it becomes a staple as will keep buying it.

Pretty, but annoying to work with
I was lured into trying this yarn by the cute, but unnamed on the band, Red Heart Gradient Sparkle Crochet Scarf. I'm not a fan of the yarn. The metallic strip is a bit scratchy for my tastes when working, and it also keeps getting caught on my hook. This was my first time working with a yarn that has a metallic strip, and now I know that I don't particularly enjoy working with them. The pattern works, the results are pretty, but it's too scratchy for me to wear. I don't think I'll get this yarn again; I think yarns without the sparkly additions are more my tastes.
