Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dr. Ph. Martin's Bombay Indian Ink While I'm not really experienced with inks, I found Dr. Ph. Martin's ink to last longer than a different one I used previously. The color is rich and goes on with my calligraphic quill pen smoothly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hmm.. okay.. I had two other colours of the same product from this brand. They leave stains on nibs but they still work as ink and I like the colours of them. So I bought another colour ( White this time) even though I am not very happy with the quality of this brand. I found there were plenty of tiny fragments on the pipette and the nib, which was disappointing since it is against what the description says : “Made from the finest pigments”. It is rather watery ; when I used it on black paper, it was barely noticeable. Quality of paper might affect to this but I think the ink is still rather watery. This colour (white) also leaves stain on the nibs, which makes me diligent to clean the nibs. I use another ink from several different brands and I find the stain from this ink is thick and relatively hard to remove. Price-wise, this brand is good though
