My local Michaels (maybe all of them?) no longer carries the bottled fabric paint I used to love and use all the time. I reluctantly decided to try this brand. It goes on fine and the color is fine, but... there are random chunks of other colors in it??? I got both the "watermelon rind" and "sour apple" colors and both have little chunks of bright yellow paint in them that smears in very noticeable streaks when I lay it down. My brushes are clean and not contaminated. They are coming from the paint itself. Even squeezing out the paint, you can see the little chunks floating in it. I don't know if this is because these colors are manufactured by adding blue to their yellow paint, but it is very unpleasant to work with when you have to constantly pick out little nodules of yellow paint when you're trying to lay down green. The other brand Michaels used to carry NEVER had this issue.

Good product, use lightly.
I was quite pleased with this product. I was able to use a sponge and then touch up easily with a paint brush. The only thing to be careful of is to use it lightly otherwise it feels stiff on your fabric and sticks to the cardboard behind the fabric. I will use it again.
