broken glass
Open up the frame to place a poster inside to find multiple chips. One on the corner from being dropped in shipping and the glass shards to match, another just a factory defect from poor quality control. Waste of money. No value in the frame itself, cheap plastic.

SAD FACE!
I just received my shipment of frames and mats and paint and such, and while it was all packaged well and there was no damage to the shipping carton, one of the four frames came like this. Would be very noticeable against my white walls.

Not true to size
9" by 12" frame does not fit my 9" by 12" poster. Extremely useless and if I knew where my receipt was I would return it.

broken glass everywhere!
A box full of broken glass. bought three frames and two of them are completely shattered. I don't know what happened, but what a waste!!!!

Perfect fit! Very happy!

Frame is scratched up
The frame comes in a plastic wrap but somehow it’s still scratched all over which you can only see when you take the plastic off.

They're ok
You get what you pay for, they are very cost efficient but not great quality. The variety of sizes is great. But the way in which you have to install the pictures is super sketchy, one frame was already chipped and cracked on the glass and basically cracked in half when I tried to pop it out. The Other one is fine do far but I am scared to ever take out the picture.

Worst frame ever
This is the worst frame I have seen in my life. I am going to stop shopping from Michaels because of this. The paint started coming off the edges and ruined my 50$ white poster.
