Pretty good
I'm a relatively new painter, so I don't have a lot of room for comparison, but I would say it's pretty good in general. I do a LOT of repetitive brush stroke work to create texture on abstract work, and my greatest frustration is that the corners of the square brush edge get rounded down sooner than I would like. That said, I haven't tried a really high quality brush for comparison, and my technique is very, very repetitive and pretty physical, so I am hard on a brush. Other than that, it's great. It's got a comfortable little rubberized grip. It's surprisingly hard to get the label off the handle, which is kind of annoying, because the label doesn't lay flat. So, it's not perfect, but it does the job, and I'll buy it again (and again, and again.)
