Rated 5 out of 5 by from Guaranteed to satisfy I’ve never had a complaint towards Golden products whatsoever. The color saturation a and overall coverage and longevity this paint has is phenomenally astounding and makes every single penny spent that much more worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Class of its Own I have tried almost every brand of acrylic paint on the market. I have never found ANYTHING that even comes close to Golden Brand acrylics. The brilliance and intensity of the colors are simply breathtaking. They are creamy, easy to apply with both brushes or knives, and blend beautifully. I did a mixed media painting to celebrate winning my battle with cancer. I included many words, sayings, images, and a poem that I had written, hiding them beneath the surface of the paint, as many of them represented very personal fears and other feelings. I used transparent colors to mask many elements of the painting to force the viewer to have to dig deep to follow my journey through this terrible disease- the discovery, the many tests involved, the prayers, the acceptance, the surgery, the hope, and, finally, the recovery. Only Golden acrylics allowed me to accomplish the moods of these various stages of my journey, from the dark, subdued browns and greens of the initial stages to the bright, yet muted, turquoises, reds, and yellows that represented the hope and peace I felt as my journey began to come to a close. Golden was quite honestly the only brand of acrylics that allowed me to do this. Yes, they are pricey but my experience has taught me that they are worth every penny. This coming June I will celebrate my 76th birthday. I thank God every day for my life, my family, my friends, and the gift of creativity. I hope to be able to paint for a long time to come. And I hope to be able to do so with Golden brand acrylic paints. My goal is to live long enough to own every single color of Golden acrylics!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing blending, quality, and color options I absolutely love these paints! I’m amazed at how well these blend. I love the overall quality. May be expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for especially for serious painters. I also love these but they come in a large selection of colors. I have not tried this particular green, but going to pick one up soon because it’s dead on what I’m looking for, for my grass affects. The advantage to buying this color, is I don’t have to custom make it which normally uses 3-4 colors and occasionally I’ll have too much paint by the time I get the color just how I want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply the best Yes, there are other high end brands out there that are generally quite good - e.g., Liquitex Professional Heavy Body - but no other brand has the pigment density/depth of Golden. Period. And it spreads with a smoothness and soft buttery ease that delivers delight in use. Yes, Golden is more expensive than other brands, but with good reason.
