Be careful with the glass!
The frame is good, it’s just the glass you have to be careful will. Especially taking the plastic wrap off and taking the glass off. Too much pressure and it’ll break!

Doesn’t fit
You got an 8x12 photo that you want a frame for but you DONT want the photo to fit in the frame? This is great for that!
If you’re looking for a frame in which your photos will fit into, I’d recommend buying something else.

Sizing inaccurate
I bought this in the "8.5 x 11" size – would have been perfectly fine for my purposes except the frame is actually slightly smaller than 8.5 x 11 by a couple centimeters in each direction. Thus the print I was going to frame does not fit inside it and the frame is useless to me.

12 x 12 is the worst frame ever constructed.
I purchased 12 frames. So far I have broken 3 pieces of glass attempting to put the glass back in the frame. Nothing works, not laying the glass flat and attempting to put the frame onto the glass while it is fully supported, DEFINTELY cannot attempt to push the glass back in with fingers as the directions say. Complete waste of money for this absolute garbage of a product.

Excellent, inexpensive frames
I've been using these frames for years to frame photographs and small posters. Never a problem. However, if you try to force something too thick or too large into the frame, it can break. That's not a problem with the frame, it's 'operator error'.

Poorly made frame
I bought this frame and the corner came apart. Went back to replace it and again the same thing happened. Thats what you get for buying a cheap frame!

Not exact
I just got this from the store and it’s maybe half a centimeter smaller than 13x19. Very disappointed that it won’t fit my print and that I have to return it.

Nice looking frame
I was hesitant to try these because of the bad reviews but I’m so glad I did. I just followed the instructions for opening the frame, carefully got my poster in there and it was done in under a minute. It looks so nice and sleek. My son loves it.
