The hoops are great, usually, but the stickers and that blue plastic on the metal make any project take extra time. Why not just put a little barcode sticker on the metal and leave the blue plastic for something else?

Great for variety of projects
These hoops work pretty well for embroidery and small punch needle projects. They don't hold the fabric super tightly so I modified by wrapping a piece of fabric around the bottom hoops and that helped a lot. But they are great for the price and not plastic, which is a plus to me.
Inexpensive enough that you could use them for projects that stay on the hoop for display and not worry about wasting an expensive hoop.

The photo shows brass screws/hardware. I ordered 6 hoops and they have silver hardware.

Good Quality
I really like the Michaels brand hoops. I compared them to hoops from other craft stores and these are better made. They are sanded down and won't snag on fabric.

Fair Quality- Blue tape difficult to remove
Great for a budget minded crafter but the blue tape and price sticker were hard to remove.
