Step 1

Place sand in your pencil box, then add alphabet and pony beads.

Step 2

To make the pouch to store extra alphabet beads, use double-stick tape to adhere a re-sealable plastic storage bag to the inside of the lid. Fill it with extra beads for your child to use to practise spelling words.
TIP: Have your child decorate the outside of the box using stick-on foam letters and shapes.
