Step 1

Position the foam board vertical (or portrait), measure and divide the foam board into six equal horizontal sections.

Step 2

Cut a piece of yellow poster board the width of the board to fit in the first section.

Step 3

Now, measure 5" [12.7 cm] from the left in the remaining five sections.
TIP: This will be the section where you will place the first letter of each day of the week.

Step 4

Use a black marker to draw a line dividing each section.

Step 5

Measure and cut five equal pieces of construction paper to fit the five equal sections and adhere into place.

Step 6

Use the letters to spell "Helpers" across the top, then position the letters of the week down the left side. Use a glue to stick to keep the letters in place.

Step 7

Hot glue mini clothespins in each section, then clip a star with a student's name written on it in each clothespin.
