st. patrick’s day cupcakes
Step 1 |
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. |
Step 2 |
Follow cake mix directions for cupcakes. |
Step 3 |
Fill only 2/3 full to avoid spilling over the sides, then bake at 350° [176°C] for 19-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to cool completely. |
Step 4 |
Colour 1½ cans of white icing to Kelly green. For the two-toned frosting, put both green and white frosting in the same bag, side by side using tip M1. For the solid green frosting, fill a bag with the icing using tip# M1 again. |
Step 5 |
Pipe the frosting onto each cupcake and top with sprinkles and a St. Patrick’s Day pick. |
