painted clay pot summer tablescape
Step 1 |
In a well-ventilated area, set up an area to spray paint with a drop cloth (or cardboard). |
Step 2 |
Spray paint your clay pots and saucers with four different colours. Let the pots dry to the touch. |
Step 3 |
Add liquid gilding to the rim of the pots and saucers with a paintbrush. Set the pots aside to dry and fully cure overnight. |
Step 4 |
Cut floral foam to fit into each pot. |
Step 5 |
Cover the floral foam in each pot with moss and use greenery pins to hold it in place. |
Step 6 |
Cut the top 4" [10 cm] - 6" [15 cm] off a variety of stems and push them into the centre of each pot. |
Step 7 |
Set the pots in the centre of a tablescape. |
