congrats graduation card
Step 1 |
Cut a piece of Beetle Black cardstock to 10" x 7", then score down the middle along the 10" side. Fold to the card base to 5" x 7". |
Step 2 |
Cut a piece of Wedding Cake (white) cardstock to 4½" x 6½" and adhere it to the front, center of the card. |
Step 3 |
Cut strips of paper as follows:

Step 4 |
Cut a “V” at the end of each strip, then lay them on top of one another, longest to shortest, so they overlap about ¼" apart (as shown). Adhere together, then adhere them to the top left of the card about ¼" in from left edge of the white cardstock. |
Step 5 |
Adhere a graduation die cut to the front, center of the card. |
Step 6 |
