mini carrot cake cupcakes
Step 1 |
Prepare carrot cake batter following the recipe instructions. |
Step 2 |
Bake and cool cupcakes in mini white baking cups. |
Step 3 |
Prepare cream cheese icing following recipe instructions. |
Step 4 |
Prepare a decorating bag with cream cheese frosting. Cut ½" [1.27 cm] from tip of the bag. Pipe swirl on each cupcake. |
Step 5 |
Carefully roll or sprinkle edge of the icing with chopped pecans and top with carrot icing decoration. |
