Step 1

Prepare carrot cake batter following the recipe instructions.

Step 2

Bake and cool cupcakes in mini white baking cups.

Step 3

Prepare cream cheese icing following recipe instructions.
TIP: Click here for the Wilton® Cream Cheese Recipe.

Step 4

Prepare a decorating bag with cream cheese frosting. Cut ½" [1.27 cm] from tip of the bag. Pipe swirl on each cupcake.

Step 5

Carefully roll or sprinkle edge of the icing with chopped pecans and top with carrot icing decoration.
