Print Project
amazonite bar necklace
Step 1 |
Find the center point of your chain necklace and cut it in half and set it aside. |
Step 2 |
Thread your beads onto an eye pin. |
Step 3 |
Above the last bead, bend the wire to a 90° angle. Grasp the wire at about ½" from the bend with round nose pliers and make a simple loop. Trim the excess wire. |
Step 4 |
Carefully open the loop on one end of the eye pin, just enough to slide on one end of the cut chain. Repeat on the opposite side. |
Step 5 |
To shape the beaded bar into an inverted arch, simply use your hands to bend the center downward and then continue bending outward until the inverted arch is even across the bar. Share your project photos with #MakeItWithMichaels |
