Cricut® Christmas Gift Card Holder

Looking for a handmade solution you giving a gift card this year? Make this Christmas Gift Card Holder with your Cricut® machine! It’s super easy and oh so cute!

Étape 1

First, click here for the design in Cricut® Design Space™. Click ‘Make It’.
TIP: If you want to make any changes to the design, click ‘Customize’ at the bottom of the screen and it will move the design into your canvas. Use the edit tools in the tool bar and then click ‘Make It’ in the upper right corner of your screen. If you do not want to make an envelope, simply click on it along with the butterflies placed on top of it and delete.

Étape 2

Click ‘Continue’ in the lower right corner of your screen.
TIP: If you want multiple cuts of your design, before you click ‘Continue’, change the quantity in the upper left corner of your screen.

Étape 3

Place a piece of cardstock onto your cutting mat, select your material and load your mat into your Cricut® machine.
TIP: Change tools when prompted and watch the preview screen for what color cardstock to load, and when, for cutting.

Étape 4

When your machine is done cutting from your cardstock, unload your mat and gently remove the cardstock. Remove any pieces left around or within the cutout and discard. Add your next color, as indicated in the review panel on the left of your screen, re-load the mat and click the blinking icon. Repeat for each color/layer.

Étape 5
Fold on the cord lines and use the tape runner to assemble the gift card holder.
