Add a long length of weaving thread to a needle.

Attach a stopper bead on the opposite end of the thread. Make sure to leave a tail that is about 5" [12.7 cm] long.
TIP: A stopper bead is just a bead added to the end to help keep the beads on the thread while you are working your first heart. To add a stopper bead, just slide it on the thread and wrap the end through the bead twice and pull tight.

Slide three Superduo beads onto your thread and move them down to the stopper bead. Arrange them so the open hole on the two outside beads are pointing up and the middle bead is pointing down.

Run your needle through the empty hole in the last bead added, add another bead then run your needle through the top hole on the first bead. Pull taut and the fourth bead will “snap” into place.
TIP: You will now have a diamond shape with your four Superduo beads.

Add a Superduo bead then run your needle through the empty hole on the same bead. Add a bead run need through the top hole in the adjacent bead.
TIP: Turn your work so you better see as you add beads.

Add a Superduo bead. Arrange so the thread is exiting the bottom hole. Add a Superduo bead and point it downward. Run your needle through the empty hole and the top hole in the adjacent bead and in each hole across. Your thread should be exiting the bottom hole in the outside Superduo on the other side of your work.

Run your needle through the top hole, add a Superduo bead, then run your needle through the empty hole on the added bead.

Repeat Steps 5-10 for the remaining hearts around your bracelet.

Add a Superduo bead. Arrange so the empty hole is pointing upward. Add a second Superduo bead so the empty hole is pointing down. Slide your needle through the bottom, empty hole, then through the top hole in the adjacent bead. Run needle through the holes all the way across to the other side.

Remove the stopper bead then weave in the excess thread.

Add a Superduo bead. Run your needle through the empty hole at the top, add another Superduo bead, then through the top hole in the adjacent bead to complete your first heart.

Add the bottom Superduo bead for your second heart. Run your needle through the next two holes.
TIP: Your working thread is now exiting the bottom hole of the top left Superduo bead in your first heart.

Work your thread through the beads until your thread is exiting the bottom hole on the outer-most bead (one either side) on the last heart. String nine 11/0 seed beads onto your thread and go though the top hole in the outer-most bead on the next heart (same side). Continue to create the scalloped pattern down this side of the bracelet until the end.

Run your needle through the empty hole at the top of the Superduo bead (top left bead from first heart), add your second bead for your second heart, go through the next adjacent bead and add another Superduo bead.

Repeat Step 15 on the other end and add the second part of the toggle clasp then repeat Step 16 to work a scallop border up the other side of the bracelet.

Work your thread around, weaving in and out, until you are exiting the top hole, going inward, on your last added bead. Add another Superduo bead and run your needle through the adjacent bead to form diamond shape with the first four Superduos of your second heart.

Weave some of the excess thread through beads then trim end.

At the end, string 13 11/0 seed beads onto your thread and the one piece of the toggle clasp beads. Run needle through the top hole of the Superduo bead on the other side.
