Boucles d'oreilles en forme de feuille Miyuki
Étape 1 |
Cut about 60" [152.4 cm] of cord and thread onto your needle. |
Étape 2 |
Add four green Miyuki to your thread so it sits onto of the last bead added in Row 12. Run your needle through the first bead added to Row 10 and weave your needle down to exit the bottom bead in Row 1. |
Étape 3 |
For the first and longest drape of the bottom half, add 34 G beads to your thread. Now, run your needle through the two beads at the other end of Row 1. Tighten so your beads drape below the first half but make sure the beads are not too tight where any “bow” out of the strand. |
Étape 4 |
Run your needle down the two beads next to the ones you exited, working inward. Add the following beads to your thread: 1C, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1C, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1C, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1C, 1G, 1G, 1G, 1C. Now, run your needle through the two beads on the opposite side of Row 1, next to the first ones from previous draped beaded strand. Tighten so your beads drape just above the first beaded strand but make sure the beads are not too tight where any “bow” out of the strand. |
Étape 5 |
Continue the next four beaded strands in the same manner, working back and forth and working inward:
|
Étape 6 |
For the opening in the middle, add 5 C beads onto your thread. Run your needle back through the first bead from the bottom and exiting through the top. Weave your thread through several beads, then cut thread close to your work so it cannot be seen. |
Étape 7 |
Weave your beginning tail through several beads and cut close to your work so it cannot be seen. |
Étape 8 |
Carefully open the loop at the bottom of a fishhook ear wire, slide onto the four-bead loop at the top of your leaf shape, then close the loop. |
Étape 9 |
Repeat Steps 1-8 for a second earring. |
