Handy for crochet on the go
I’m quite happy with this box! Of course it pulls apart easily—that’s part of the appeal, and nothing a rubber band can’t fix.

A Sturdy Roomy Thread Holder
These boxes are a great way to hold and store thread. I like them so much I bought 3. Easy to put together and plenty of room. I am doing a project that requires a lot of switching between 3 colors. I can stack these and work efficiently. I did use some white glue to make sure they stay together.

Nice yarn holder.
Keeps yarn clean and manageable. I like the scale to measure the yarn thickness. Nice wood. It’s portable so it can be taken apart so it’s compact. The only not-so-good thing is that when it’s pieced together like a 3 D puzzle, it doesn’t stay together. I will have to glue it, but then it’ll be permanently assembled. But I like that. Thank you Michaels, for a good product!

Yarn holder box
Cute and functional way to keep a ball of yarn close without having it roll away. Box does not stay together well and I chose to glue it so it can’t come apart. If I hadn’t it would have just kept falling apart as the notches are not snug enough to keep it interlocked on it’s own. Once I glued it, it worked fine.

Best yarn holder for large cake yarns!
Handy for traveling and keeps yarn from collecting pet hair while in someone else's home. I would have given it a five star rating if the panels had locked into position. I solved the problem by covering the tabs with a paper towel to make the end tabs snug in the holes, and then tore away the excess. While it would be easy to glue into place with a white wood glue, the ability to pack it flat would have been lost. Very convenient to use, and was so glad to find it on the shelf in the store. It was a lightweight solution, and the large “cake” yarns fit in the box perfectly.
