They are really good! Super smooth. I use them to wood burn on. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they are too smooth to stain well and sometimes there is a small hole in the center.

Smooth disks, have a nice weight to them. I used permanent marker on them and it didn't bleed at all, which was super nice.

They were perfect for the project!
They were semi hard to drill and put small holes in for a hanging project. Overall worked perfect with some paint to cover up the sliding drill mark.

Perfect for my checkers table
I bought the wood circles for a table I refurbished into a checker board table. I used the wood circles as checker pieces and they work great. The downfall was that a complete game set is 24 pieces and they only come with 22. So I had to buy 2 bags.

Cracked and broke while drilling holes
I used this to make a Wooden birthday calendar. I drill 2 very small 1/8” holes in them. Unfortunately these were brittle and would crack and break. The ones at Hobby Lobby did just fine.

I mean, it's wooden discs...
Never had a bad batch yet. Use them for various crafts and jewelry and such. Personally I prefer to buy them in store just so I can look at the discs to make sure there are no cracks or rough spots depending on what I'm making. But honestly I haven't ever really seen a bad bag of these.

Fine if you're not drilling them
These are fine for projects that don't involve drilling or joining with screws or nails. If you're going to be introducing any sort of a hole, allow extras as some will split.

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted to make tokens for an event, and these discs worked perfectly. No sanding was necessary before I used rubber stamps to decorate them, and the ink did not bleed.
