Step 1 |
Cut six 5" [12.7 cm] pieces of 22 gauge wire. |
Step 2 |
Using the tip of round nose pliers, grab one piece of the wire and roll the wire around the tip of the pliers twice. |
Step 3 |
Before removing the wire from the pliers, bend the end of the wire underneath the coils in the opposite direction of the pliers. |
Step 4 |
Remove the wire from the pliers. Take the end of the wire and bend it back through the wire coils. |
Step 5 |
Place the wire between nylon jaw pliers and pull the wire to create a knot in the end of the wire. |
Step 6 |
Thread a crystal bead onto the knotted head pin and use round nose pliers to create a messy wrapped loop. |
Step 7 |
Using a piece of the cut wire, create a messy wrapped loop on one end. Before creating the wraps, thread the end of the wire through the loop of the wrapped loop from the previous step. |
Step 8 |
Thread a crystal bead onto the wire and use round nose pliers to create a messy wrapped loop. |
Step 9 |
Repeat Steps 7-8 to add another bead. |
Step 10 |
Using pliers, attach an ear wire to the top loop. |
Step 11 |
Repeat Steps 2-10 to create the second earring. |
