Specially formulated to enhance the characteristics and usability of Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colors, this stand oil-based medium thins the consistency of Artisan paints, aiding in fine detail work. Ideal for oiling out and enriching dull patches, it improves the flow and wetting of color as it dries to a flexible film that resists yellowing and, like all Artisan mediums, it can be cleaned up with water.

Great for glazing
This medium is wonderful for loosening the stiff oil paints. I apply it with the fast drying medium of the same brand for my next sessions in my painting courses.
