I went in for some cake decorating item and then saw 30 percent of an item and bought a 29.99 cake travel case. I got to the register and was told I couldn't get the 30 percent off without scanning the code. I explained I have a flip phone and was told that no one could help me. I still bought the items, but left mad and unhappy. Next time I will order from Amazon or go over to Target or Walmart. I was very upset and am still upset.
