I had fun decorating individualized cakes with my grandson. The cakes were easy to remove, wait about 10 minutes after cake has cooled on a rack and the cakes remove easily.

Amazing little pans!
Now these pans are really made for mini cakes BUT... I made minature personal pies in them and they turned out great! No sticking or extra greasing, they popped out in one shot! Flip, pat, poof! Bellisima! Fabulosa! Amazing!
