Great frames for the price!

Newer Frames are NOT the same size
I love the look of this frame, but the size of the ones made in 2019 are not the same as the previous years. I have some that were made in 2017 and 2018 and I am able to use a mat with my picture, but all of the ones I have bought with a manufacture date of 2019 (3 different frames so far) cannot hold a mat. When I add the mat, I can't put the back of the frame back on. This was not an issue with the same frame made before 2019. So disappointing.

Great quality
I have 26 of these already. Love them. They had cardboard inside to help the print stay firm. Recently went to a thin piece of padded foam. I wish they still came with cardboard inside.
With that said, I have many of these and means to but many more.

Really bummed
A sales associate and I went through all of the frames in the store and every single one had a dented and chipped corner. You could not view the corners without opening the packaging as all of the corners had cardboard on them for protection. Ended up returning the frame and going with another one.
