Damaged upon delivery
Sadly, the perfect frame to finish my project (and unavailable in my local stores) was damaged when I opened it. Michael's was great, as always, to quickly refund my money. The frame is particle board essentially covered in a sticker, not painted wood, but it's a nice frame for a simple craft project. However, I would choose a higher-quality frame for a more valuable preservation.

The price will fool you. I bought these frames thinking they were a good buy only to open them and the we’re both cracked on the corners. Don’t waste your money. This is trash.

Sizing is off
I bought 5 packs of 2. So I have a total of 10 frame. Out of the 10 frames, 4 of them are not sized properly. I try to put a picture in that is 11.5x11.5. These pictures work in some of the frames but not 4 of them. They are slightly off. Plus 1 pack of 2 cake with broken wood. Need to return some of them
