Very happy frame purchase!
This is the 3rd Ventura poster frame that I've purchased over the past couple of months. I ordered the last on-line, because it was not available in the store. Hannah from the Gurnee store suggested that I do this, then bring the frame in after receiving for a better hanging attachment added by her, for ease of hanging up at home. She has been super helpful on several occasions now, and has made all of my framing projects a breeze! Also, the packaging on this on-line purchase was incredible...a lot of time was clearly spent making sure the frame was packaged carefully and thoroughly, which is not usually the case with most other stores. Thank you so much Michael's, will definitely keep coming back!

Pretty good frame.
The frame looks very nice and it is true to size. It is not quite as sturdy as I would have liked but once it is one the wall that should not be a factor. I would add that figuring out the price of frames at Michael's can be confusing. There often seems to be differences between online prices and what you find in the store. I joined the Michael's reward program, that literally took two minutes, and got substantial savings.

It's a picture frame. Note that the glazing is plexiglass so don't use a standard glass cleaner on it or you will etch the plexiglass

Great frame, but it’s one of those bend-8-pins-to-get-it-in-the-frame deals. I frankly felt the pins were about to break off on closing. My intention was to rotate some family documents periodically, but I doubt the pins won’t break off. Still, a nice frame, wood, and I can always use nails if the pins go.

Nice frame great price
Walked into Michaels in Wilkes-Barre about 10AM looking for a picture frame. Found a decent one, right size, right color.
The online special price was half the in-store price! Nice!
So I find a Michaels person and say, Can I just get this now at the online price?
She said, "No, you have to buy it online."
I said, Can I just pay for it on my phone and take it now?
She said, "No, it takes two hours."
...uhh, two hours?
"Yes, for the order to come through."
I said, Then can I buy it online and do 'pickup in store'?
She said, "Sure."
I said, How long will that take?
She said, "It takes two hours."
I said, But I have it right here, I can just...
She said, "I know but we have to get the order first."
I said, It takes two hours for you to get the order?
She said, "Yes."
I said, Okay, but I can do that and get it in two hours?
"Yep."
I said, When you say two hours, will I still be standing here at 5 o'clock?
She said, "Oh no...I don't think so."
Okay, thanks.
So I buy it online standing right there in the store.
It didn't take two hours for them to take my money. I immediately got a text confirming the purchase and telling me I will get another text when the order is ready for pickup.
I'm hoping that will be in two hours.
Figured I'd go kill the two hours wandering around the mall or someplace. So I leave the store and walk out to my car. I get in the car.
I get a text.
"Your order is ready for pickup! Thanks for shopping at Michaels!"
